I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location by the lake was amazing. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The food in the hotel restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. The hotel provided free access to a rowing boat and bikes to use. The special touches for our anniversary, like chocolates, sparkling wine, and a heart-shaped bed, made it extra special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming lakeside hotel in Austria. the location was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Lake Weissensee right outside my window. the staff at this hotel were exceptional, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. the service was top-notch, with the waiters going above and beyond to cater to my every need. the breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel also had a fantastic spa, complete with a whirlpool and saunas. Such a relaxing experience!

I did notice a small issue with some of the equipment and linen in the two-bedroom apartment I stayed in. the bathroom towels were a bit rough and discolored, and a couple of mugs in the cupboard were chipped.

We were impressed with the variety and quality of the food available at the hotel's restaurant. Our apartment in one of the chalets was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. We even got a special surprise for our anniversary, with a heart-shaped bed and rose petals! We also appreciated the complimentary use of the rowing boat and bikes. We can't wait to come back next year!

We spent an amazing Christmas in a cozy hotel by the lake. The warm hospitality made us feel at home right away. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to discover the hotel offered free access to its spa facilities and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. The hotel's strategic location allowed us to explore the surrounding attractions and go skiing every day.

Our room had some minor maintenance issues such as a leaking tap and thin curtains that let in too much light in the morning. the bed was not as comfortable as we had expected for the price we paid.
